Custom single-family homes across Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida — including coastal, elevated, and build-on-your-lot projects. Every home is delivered through our design-first pre-construction process with a fixed construction price.
Because a real fixed price requires real design. Before we price a home, architecture, interior selections, structural requirements, site conditions, and upgrade decisions all have to be understood. Giving a price before that is a guess — and guesses create change orders, budget shock, and broken trust. Our process protects your client and your reputation.
It’s a curated network, not a franchise. There’s no fee, no contract to sign, and no volume quota. We simply work with a small group of professionals we trust and who trust us.
Referrals flow in both directions where it makes sense. When you send us a client, we protect your relationship and keep you informed throughout pre-construction and build. When we meet someone who needs what you offer, we return the introduction.
