Translating Your Ideas into Real Architecture

This session is focused on gathering the critical design details needed to prepare for your live architectural design meeting during Pre-Construction.

Together, we define:

Must-have spaces and dream features
Room layout, flow, and proportions
Structural requirements
Advanced rooflines and architectural styles
Multi-elevation configurations (where applicable)
Site-specific design constraints

This phase ensures your home is built around your life—not forced into a generic template.

Where Your Home Gains Identity

Meeting with Our In-House Interior Design Team

Interior design is not optional at Rock’s Homes & Estates. It is a mandatory base design component included in every custom home to protect your budget and prevent redesign surprises.

The Most Important Phase of the Entire Build

Full Pre-Construction Phase Commitment

This is where everything is finalized and locked in before construction begins.

During pre-construction, we complete:

Final architectural plans
Structural engineering
Site planning
Coastal, flood & elevation engineering (if applicable)
Mechanical, electrical & plumbing strategies
All interior and exterior selections
Integration of upgrades (pool, kitchens, stairs, closets, tech, etc.)
Value engineering if the dream design exceeds the target budget

Only after this phase is completed do we present your reliable fixed-price proposal.

Construction Phase

Predictable, Transparent, and Professionally Managed (12-18 months timeline)

Once your plans, pricing, and permits are finalized, your home enters the construction phase.

This phase includes:

A fully documented build plan
Permit submission & coordination
Dedicated project manager
Client portal access (schedule, photos, updates)
Ongoing progress communication
Quality control at every milestone
